- "Exposure Therapy" : It is to help people get used to their anxiety triggers, or "face their fears."
- Get prescribed medication from a doctor. It'll help alleviate certain symptoms.
- Contact organizations like NAMI , ADAA and APA to find help.
- Understand that anxiety disorders are real problems. Be aware and respectful of other people: something that might seem irrational to one might have a deeper meaning and effect on others.
